Gorges Davanzati srl group is a leader in the market of international freight.
The business was born in the mid-1960s from the spirit of entrepreneurship and deep industry knowledge of its founder Antonio Forges Davanzati and represents, to date, one of the oldest international shipping houses in the Neapolitan area.

Over the years, it is precisely its characteristic of being a "family business" that has made personal relationship with customers a must for the company. This makes it possible to realize a "tailor-made/sartorial" service sewn on to the customer's specific needs.

Through the continuous attention and training of highly qualified and experienced staff, the company has managed over time to establish itself and be recognized as a true "international trade consultant,"especially specializing in the import and export of textile products.

CUSTOMS BROKER

The customs broker represents one of the most specialized and important professional figures in the international transportation of goods.

This professional figure plays a crucial role in the logistics supply chain being able to manage international trade with specific skills that allow the processing of paperwork in any part of the world.

He assists the exporter or importer in completing customs formalities and in applying for specific documents and authorizations necessary for the smooth international exchange of goods.

It represents, in the name and on behalf of, the owner of the goods by exercising the direct representation provided for in Article 5 of the Community Customs Code - EEC Regulation No. 2913 of 1992 and its implementing Regulation No. 2454 of 1993.

Since 1960, customs brokers have been included in a special register, for the registration of which it is necessary to pass an open competition whose rules are governed by the TULD.
